Rates in British Pounds per week (7 nights):

• Rates based on an occupancy of 6 guests.
• Depending on season, rates can be adapted to occupancy by fewer than 6 guests.
• Rates can be adapted to shorter stays up to a minimum of 4 nights.
• Non-refundable deposit of 25% required at time of booking.
• Full payment of rent is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• Refundable breakages deposit of £50.
